You can collect your badge and lanyard at the registration desk. These will be handed out based on your last name.
The registration desk will be open at the following times:

• Thursday, September 11: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday, September 12: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

The reception will start on Thursday, September 11 at 6:00 PM at the City Hall. We will walk to the City Hall together.
Please gather at 5:30 PM at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (Maas side).

Important information:

• Don’t forget your badge – without it, you will not be granted access to the City Hall.

• Bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not allowed inside the City Hall. Small handbags are permitted.

• Access is only granted to participants who have registered in advance. This will be checked at the entrance.
